Mindful Self-Compassion (Evenings)

Mindful Self-Compassion (Evenings)

Mindfulness is the first step in emotional healing—being able to turn inward and acknowledge our difficult thoughts and feelings with a spirit of openness and curiosity. Research has shown that self-compassion greatly enhances emotional well-being by boosting happiness and reducing anxiety and depression. This course combines both skill sets to provide a powerful tool for emotional resilience.

Objectives

  • Gain the ability to assess one’s emotions without judgement
  • Learn how to act on one’s emotions- or not- in a healthy manner
  • Obtain the foundation of meditative techniques
