Ways To Support
Ways You Can Support Us
Our clinical programs focus on lifestyle, prevention, wellness and optimal health of the whole person. Using evidence-based therapies and education, we tend to the body, mind and spirit. Funding to support our clinical initiatives is an investment in our growth to be financially sustainable and diversify our services and programs.
The Samueli Institute is committed to conducting basic, translational and clinical research on addressing health challenges with integrative approaches. Through awards from national funding agencies as well as generous private support, we seek to understand how integrative therapies work and how they can be used to improve health and well-being.
The Samueli Institute is dedicated to educating medical students, health professionals and the community about prevention and healing practices. By supporting our educational initiatives, you are providing medical students the opportunity to immerse themselves in integrative health techniques and research.
Sharing integrative healthcare information and tools with the children and teens in our community is vital for preventive care. Launching programs and educational opportunities at both elementary and high school levels to teach the importance of nutrition and mindfulness practices will pave the way for healthy lives for the families and future members of our community.
Donor-sponsored research is vital to providing seed funding for promising ideas that can lead to evidence-based treatments not widely covered by insurance companies. All of our research efforts are utilized to strengthen our clinical protocols and to expand the knowledge of medical students and the community.
