What brought you to whole-person health?

I personally have always been interested in nutrition and exercise, which is what we often only think of when it comes to health. It has been through my own journey of exploring whole-person health, and watching my family get older and manage chronic diseases that I understand health in a broader sense.

We can begin to cultivate and achieve better health through connecting with others in the community and looking inward to cultivate purpose and meaning. Incorporating rest and being mindfully present in addition to nutrition and exercise are also key. As a health coach, I have the unique opportunity to come along side individuals in their journey to build on their strengths and nurture the areas they want to improve for lasting change. I believe that when we connect to every aspect of our wellbeing, we can improve and restore our health to thrive!
