The Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute in collaboration with the UC Irvine School of Medicine is one of the few medical schools in the country to offer a four-year longitudinal educational training track in Integrative Health, equipping medical students to be future leaders in effective, compassionate, whole-person care.
The Samueli Institute is dedicated to educating residents about integrative practices and evidence-informed whole-person clinical care.
Education in an integrative clinical setting provides residents experience in providing whole-health, team-based care. SSIHI’s residency programs at both our UCI Family Health Center and the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute clinics provides residents the opportunity and experience in providing whole-health, team-based care with a variety of integrative healthcare providers and specialists.
