Why did you choose to enroll in the UCI Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute Academic Integrative Medicine Health and Wellness Coaching program?
I lead our Global Mindfulness Program at Capgemini of over 360K people around the globe in 60+ countries. I wanted to obtain a coaching certification with proven leaders in the topic of wellbeing. I attended UC Irvine for my MBA and thoroughly enjoyed the school so was excited to combine my UCI MBA with a Health Coaching Certification from UCI as well!
Was there anything that set it apart for you?
The instructors and their real-world experiences and stories were great!
I appreciated working in a small cohort and sharing our learnings along the way.
As someone who doesn’t come from the medical field, I appreciated how accessible the learning was for those to whom some of the terminology was new while also learning and growing each week.
Was the program valuable to you? How?
Absolutely! I appreciated the wisdom, the community and all of the resources and tools along the way.
How do you plan to use what you have learned in the program?
Get board certified and offer this within my organization to help individuals, teams and organizations.
Would you recommend the SSIHI AIM HWC program to others?
