Emily Tan, ND, BCN, BCB, is a licensed naturopathic doctor dedicated to providing compassionate, integrative care. She holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from the University of San Diego and earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University. Dr. Tan is board-certified in neurofeedback and biofeedback through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA). Dr. Tan completed her post-graduate training in integrative medicine at UC Irvine’s Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute. She is also completing a 1-year fellowship in primary care psychiatry through the UC Irvine School of Medicine. While she has a strong passion for mental and cognitive health, her expertise extends to health optimization, hormones, digestive health, and chronic disease management, recognizing the deep connection between the body and mind in achieving whole-person wellness. Her primary clinical interests include anxiety/depression, OCD, ADHD, sleep disorders, post-concussion/TBI, and Long-COVID. Dr. Tan’s approach is centered on empowering and educating her patients, working side-by-side with them as a team to craft individualized, evidence-informed care plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.
