What brought you to whole-person health?

Born and raised in China, I saw people suffering from various conditions and diseases. The painful experiences inspired me to devote myself to finding ways to care for people in my life and for people in general through whole-person health. Traditional Chinese Medicine has established its own system and has aided and healed Chinese people thousands of years before biomedicine was introduced into China. Its profoundly advanced holism theory, diagnoses and treatment methodology based on differentiation of patterns and efficacy are available to us.

My mission is to contribute to this journey and guide my patients in life preservation and disease prevention, as stated in the classics: “…people practiced the Dao, the Way of Life. They understood the principle of the balance of Yin and Yang, as represented by the transformations of the energies of the universe. They formulated exercises to promote energy flow to harmonize themselves within the universe. They ate a balanced diet at regular times, arose and rested at regular hours, avoided over stressing their bodies and minds, and refrained from overindulgence of all kinds. They maintained well-being of body and mind as well as obtained the optimal living …” 1 Through my practice, this is what I strive for to guide my patients.
