Nothing beats the taste of fresh, homemade pasta. Join us to learn the traditional art of pasta-making from start to finish. You’ll leave with the skills to create delicate spinach & ricotta ravioli and fresh egg tagliatelle right in your own kitchen.

  • Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli with Cherry Tomato–Basil Sauce
  • Fresh Egg Tagliatelle with Lemon–Garlic Olive Oil
  • Whole Wheat Bowtie with Roasted Vegetable Primavera
