Instructor: Sarah Meier, MS, NBC-HWC
Sarah Meier is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and has her master’s degree in nutrition from National University of Natural Medicine. She has almost 10 years of experience in developing and teaching health and wellness programs and health coaching in both group and one-on-one settings.
Meier completed her bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Wellness from University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a focus on employee wellness and health coaching. Since completing her undergraduate degree, Meier has become a certified health and wellbeing coach through Wellcoaches School of Coaching and a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the National Board of Medical Examiners.
Meier believes that food is medicine and uses that as the foundation for assisting others in making lifestyle changes. Through hands-on education and empathetic coaching, she is devoted to empowering people to thrive. Her specialties include behavior change, nutrition, culinary medicine, weight management, lifestyle medicine, chronic disease prevention and management.
