This class highlights the delicious and bountiful flavors of the fall and winter seasons. Participants will get to know a vibrant, seasonal menu that’s perfect for warming up on chilly days. This class is designed to showcase the best of fall and winter produce that bring warmth and nourishment to your table.

Course Dishes:

  • Butternut Squash and Black Bean Enchiladas
  • Golden Milk Chia Pudding
  • Brussels Sprout and Kale Salad
