Understanding how to read nutrition labels has benefits beyond counting calories. You’ll discover how to decipher the multitude of product labels and be able to make the best choices for your health. This class also focuses on the importance of meal prepping for both physical and mental health. You’ll gain the knowledge of how to prep a meal and create a custom meal plan for yourself and/or your family.

Dishes include:

  • Rainbow Chicken Burrito Bowl with Broccoli Slaw and Avocado Cream
  • Soba Noodle Salad Bowl with Ginger Carrot Dressing  

*Please note that some aspects of the class may include working in groups for a portion of the class. Learners may work in groups up to three people per each shared workstation. If you attend the class with a friend, you are welcome to share a workstation with that person.
