Vegetables and legumes

This class dives into plant-based and healthy comfort foods. Participants will learn to create delicious dishes like Vegan Mac and Cheese, Cauliflower Buffalo Wings, and Japanese “Tonkatsu” Ramen. Good for those new to vegan cooking or those looking to expand their culinary skills, this class shows participants fun and delicious ways to enjoy vegan food.
