Nutritional health and education are critical to obtain optimal health. We are proud to present culinary programs that inspire integrative, whole-person health as well as create unique bonding experiences that participants will savor beyond the last bite. You’ll learn to create healthy and delicious recipes to make at home.

Start your memorable experience with UCI Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute’s Executive Chef Jessica VanRoo in the beautiful, state-of-the-art Mussallem Nutritional Education Center in the new Irvine location: 856 Health Sciences Road, Irvine, CA 92617

Some aspects of the classes may include working in groups. Learners may work in groups up to three people per workstation. If you attend the class with a friend, you are welcome to share a workstation with that person.
